Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to request a return label.

  Pack Items

  Carefully repack the items in their original boxes with all protective inserts to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
